System Overview
The system delivers access to property record forms in modular format, although
you actually will receive the Job Book (WIP Controller), Residential sales, Letting
property, Commercial property and Overseas property forms all in the same package
at no extra cost.
This is great for agents that may be operating a broad spectrum of services because
one system delivers the flexibility to manage all required aspects from within
one system.
In addition to these 'modules' you can also benefit from using our unique 'Intranet'
module which acts as a communications hub in the event that you operate multiple
branches.
Finally we offer (as an additional chargeable module) a brilliant lettings accounting
module which we refer to as the 'Lettings Ledgers' system.
When we create a live system for clients, we always customise the 'header area'
of our system for you so that it always looks 'bespoke' to your business. You can
set your own system colour scheme preferences too.
